Return Window
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals and safety caps intact.
Due to the nature of supplements, consumable oils, and hair products, any opened, used, or partially used products are not eligible for return.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to partial credit.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
Opened or used supplements
Opened or used food oils
Opened or used hair care products
Gift cards and downloadable products
Return Process
Contact our customer service at support@kareandhope.com to request a return authorization.
Once approved, you’ll receive instructions and a return shipping address.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it within 7 days of approval.
Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or an incorrect product was sent.
A 10% restocking fee may apply to unopened items to cover handling and inspection costs.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned products.
Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
Store credit or exchanges may be offered instead of refunds upon request.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Abuse Prevention
We monitor return patterns to ensure fairness. Excessive or repeated returns that do not comply with our policy may result in refusal of future returns.
